01 - Set oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow to fully preheat before proceeding.
02 - On an ungreased 13x9-inch baking sheet or rectangular pizza pan, press the sugar cookie dough evenly to cover the base.
03 - Bake crust for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the surface is lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
04 - In a medium mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Beat using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
05 - Spread cream cheese frosting evenly over the fully cooled cookie crust using a spatula.
06 - Place blueberries in the top left corner to represent the stars of the flag. Alternate rows of strawberries and banana slices across the remaining space to create the red and white stripes.
07 - Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to slicing for optimal structure and ease of serving. Cut into individual portions just before presenting.
