03 - 6–8 fresh figs, quartered
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 100 grams or 3.5 ounces)
06 - 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta (about 60 grams or 2 ounces)

09 - Salt, to taste
10 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Balsamic Glaze

11 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar (60 ml or 2 ounces)
12 - 1 tablespoon honey

# How to Make It:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and allow to fully preheat before proceeding.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, sauté diced bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
03 - Brush the surface of the prepared flatbread evenly with 1 tablespoon olive oil.
04 - Distribute shredded mozzarella, crumbled goat cheese or feta, sliced red onion, quartered figs, and cooked bacon evenly over the flatbread. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves, salt, and black pepper.
05 - Set the assembled flatbread on a baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes, until the cheese is fully melted and the crust is golden brown.
06 - During baking, combine balsamic vinegar and honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring frequently, until reduced by half and syrupy, about 5–7 minutes. Remove from heat.
07 - Remove flatbread from oven. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and remaining tablespoon olive oil. Slice and serve while warm.
